KIDSational, Inc. we understand your privacy is important to you and we are committed to using the latest technologies available to protect your privacy present to you a wonderful, safe online experience.

I. Collection of Information.

KIDSationalInc.com (KIDSational) collects non-personal “raw data” from the users of the web site including time spent on the site, pages browsed, browsers used, general origin, and other data which is automatically entered into our log files and are periodically used to assist us in creating the finest online experience for our users.
  2. KIDSational may collect additional information through participation in e-mail lists, promotions, purchases, consultation, and/or competitions offered on our web site.

  5. KIDSational is not responsible in any way for the content, privacy policies, or general conduct of any web site linked from the KIDSational web site. Such sites shall be governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

III. Cookies

  1. A “cookie” is a small snippet of information stored on the users computer which enables tracking and other information.
  2. KIDSational may use cookies for tracking information purposes to help understand our users interests and preferences to better tailor the web site to best suit the needs of our visitors.
  3. Cookies may be turned off though not all functionality of the KIDSational web site may be available after doing so.

IV. Children

  1. KIDSational is strongly opposed to the exploitation of the internet's younger audience, and though the site is not designed for use of children, KIDSational also understands the sensitive nature of its younger browsers.
  2. KIDSational shall under no circumstances solicit personal information for those users younger than the age of 13.
  3. KIDSational's web site is not designed for the use of children and highly discourages anyone under the age of 18 years old from participating in any chat rooms, bulletin boards, polls, purchases, or any other activity where personal information may be collected.
